Profile: Robb Hoffower
Robb Hoffower is a seasoned emergency management professional with a strong background in both pre-hospital and hospital-based emergency response. He began his career as a paramedic in 2000, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in emergency medical services and frontline patient care. His passion for emergency preparedness led him to transition into hospital emergency management, where he has been a dedicated leader for many years.
Since 2008, Robb has been actively involved in the Hospital Incident Command System (HICS), playing a critical role in developing, implementing, and refining emergency operations plans within healthcare facilities. His expertise extends to the creation of comprehensive emergency operations plans, ensuring hospitals are well-prepared for a wide range of disasters and crises.
