Carina Fischer, MS.Ed is a certified school psychologist with over 13 years of experience with psycho-metric evaluations and counseling. As part of her work, cognitive and personality assessment has been a critical facet to assist in identifying an individual’s strengths and challenges within his/her environment. After identifying an individual’s unique profile, she has been adept in developing strategies to capitalize on the individual’s strengths as well as compensatory strategies to strengthen an individual’s area of weakness. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.
