MissionCIT is a national fire and emergency services consulting firm. We are looking for a part time, contract GIS Analyst who can assist us in the continued growth of our company in helping public safety organizations improve and deliver great services. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities:

• Knowledge of fire and EMS department operations
• Knowledge of statistics and statistical analysis
• Experience using ESRI ArcGIS products to display data, including the new Fire Accreditation module
• The ability to critically think about the most effective methods to display data in a visual context
• The ability to utilize and analyze spreadsheet data to develop patterns and trends in the display of data
• General knowledge of NFPA 1710 and 1720 standards
• Center for Public Safety Excellence courses and knowledge of the standards of cover and community risk assessment process
• Certified GIS Professional (GISP)
• The ability to work with a team of consultants on a project and meet project deadlines

This position is part time, on a contract and project specific basis. It includes no benefits and is paid on an hourly basis. No travel will be involved.
